Jim MacRoberts' sculptures and sculptural furniture are both organic in style and biomorphic.The sculpture and the furniture often incorporate media other than wood, such as ceramic, paint and found material. His most recent works, small sculptures which are mostly wall pieces, are inspired by dreams, out of body visions and everyday scenes in which he often creates and explores a 2 D and a 3 D relationship using form contrasting with the the illusion of form.
